The rate is $15,000/month. The Lagoon Retreat is fully furnished and includes all utilities.
Optionally, we can include maid service for a rate of $18,000/month, which includes:
Full cleaning & turnover between your corporate guests
Fully stocked snacks cabinet
For guest staying >3 days: Maid service every-other day, as desired by the guest
The property has five bedrooms, including three bedrooms with king beds. The property sleeps up to 10 guests.
